NETWORK ACCESS

Outbound connectivity to DeskNoria services; WebRTC can prefer direct paths with TURN fallback when needed.

Do I need Admin and Agent on every PC?

No. Admin is the operator application. Agent is installed on devices that receive remote support or are managed.

Are the Admin and Windows Agent downloads different?

The current website points both buttons to the same DeskNoria.Setup.exe link. The original destination is retained here.

Can I use DeskNoria without unattended access?

Yes. Local session approval can be used for attended support. Unattended access is configured when needed.
