Service Errors

DeskNoria can surface Linux systemd failures, unexpected stops, restart loops and recovery events as part of Inventory & Health.

Start/Restart

An authenticated operator with the required permission and entitlement can request Start or Restart for an eligible *.service unit. The server and Agent both validate the request.

Linux safety boundary

The Linux Agent invokes systemctl using validated unit names rather than accepting an arbitrary shell command for this service-control path.

Need more help? Collect the relevant DeskNoria Admin/Agent logs and the exact visible error text before troubleshooting. For connection problems, include whether the affected Agent is Windows or Linux and whether the session used P2P or TURN.
