Task scheduling: once, online, recurring and cron

Choose when a DeskNoria task should run and how recurring schedules are interpreted.

Run once

Schedules one execution for the selected time.

Run once when online

Queues the task for an Agent that is currently unavailable and runs it when that Agent becomes eligible/online according to the task policy.

Recurring

Supported actions can use Daily, selected weekdays, Monthly or Custom cron scheduling. Actions that are unsafe or unsupported as recurring operations remain one-time only.

Time zone

Task scheduling uses the time-zone preference from DeskNoria Settings. Verify the configured zone when an execution appears shifted around DST transitions.

Need more help? Collect the relevant DeskNoria Admin/Agent logs and the exact visible error text before troubleshooting. For connection problems, include whether the affected Agent is Windows or Linux and whether the session used P2P or TURN.
